Kids Ninja

Class Focus

Let your kids unleash their inner ninja with our special Ninja Classes! Our ninja classes are centered on obstacle course training, where your children will be taught to use a wide variety of athletic and fitness skills to overcome a number of challenging yet safe obstacles.

From balances to rolls to jumps to crawling – your children will learn and utilise a number of parkour and gymnastics techniques which will build on their strength, agility, coordination and flexibility.
