For all classes we ask you to book in 24 hours in advance.  

Payment can be made in person at the front desk, via credit/debit card or via bank transfer upon the receipt of our invoice.

If you cannot attend your class for whatever reason you must let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance or fees may still apply.  Exceptions apply if a medical certificate is provided.  Direct Debit customers have up to 2 make up lessons per 10 weeks.  

If you wish to cancel your enrolment once term has commenced, you are required to provide two weeks notice in writing by no later than the third week of the term. Failure to do so will result in full fees being charged for the term or the bond being withheld.

Our student-to-teacher ratios range from a minimum of 1:4 to a maximum of 1:12, depending on the subject and the students' age, which is why early booking is essential.

Yes, our centre is open during school holidays, and we run various holiday workshops. Please contact us for details.
